Spin Class Langley

Stephanie has been teaching spin classes for over six years. Her interest in spinning came from a background in triathlons. Stephanie has finished two Half Ironmans and countless Sprint Triathlons. Stephanie has put much of her knowledge from training for triathlons into her spin classes. She sets her workouts to music that will help you keep moving and provides drills that reflect off-road training. The classes are set at a high intensity that blasts calories by encouraging higher gears while spinning throughout the workout. At Total Body Development, we'll aslo have the added benefit of using our heart rates to set the pace for some of our workouts. You'll soon notice the increased strength in your legs and a more efficient cardiovasular system.
